Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "Why Change is So Scary-- and How to Unlock Its Potential" by Maya Shankar. Maya Shankar shared three different life stories to audience. Each one of the story she tells one thing. First let's me about Maya Shankar. She is a podcaster, Cognitive Scientist. When she was young she wants to be Violinist.  Unexpected things happen in everyone's life sometimes it could be challenging to handle those things. Change is so scary because of unexpected things happened in our lives. But we have to figure it out and explore new things to overcome scary situations. Hi guys, today I watched a TED video " Reading minds through body language " by Lynne Franklin. In this video she said that people's brain process information in three different ways. And people's body language will tell you what is primary style they have. In this video she calls three people. They are: James -Looker In this world 75% of people are lookers. They are well dressed and they give eye contact. They remember images or picture .  Marge - Listener In this world 20% of people are listeners. They don't pay attention on appearance. They think words and sounds.  Marina - Toucher In this world 5% of people are touchers. They ready to give hugs and they dressed for comfort. They have full lips. They thinks in feeling and Tactile.  We can also see the body language in text. How they write can tell their body language. We can observe other people body language how they write in emails etc.

Hi guys, today I watched a TED video " How to Build Self Conference"  by COCO Lisa. She was lifestyle influencer. In this video, she talked about her life and how she build confidence. In her school days teachers are rejected her in participate in the dance competition and stage performance because she is over weight and she didn't have skinny  (good body shape). She also give some steps how to build confidence within ourselves. If you have a goal in your then you have to work on it until you achieve it. Forbes says that "Confidence is the outcome of the thoughts that we think and actions we take". She learn 4 steps which are used to build confidence in her life. They are: Don't multitask.  Don't pontificate.  Use open ended questions.  Go with the flow.  If you don't say that you don't know.  Don't equate your experience with theirs.  Try not to repeat yourself.  Stay out of the weeds.  Listen.  Be brief.

Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "Can You Lose Your Talent" by Ellie Harvey.  Actually her dream was to be like Taylor Swift. She wants to become singer like Taylor Swift.  So,  she learn singing, Piano classes, Gymnastics and voice lessons. She also received medals and trophies In Gymnastics. In this she said that Talent is our nature ability and skill is learned ability we will develop it by over time. We can develop our talent by using our skills. She also shared a incident, one she and her mother went to the church. In the church one music band singing some songs. But the father asked them to sing another song but that music band didn't prepared for another song so father asked is there anyone can sing this song?  At the time her mother said that Ellie Harvey will sing that song. Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "You Don't Find Happiness, You Create It" by Katarina Blom. She is a psychologist and trainer. She teach on how to create happiness and well-being within individuals, teams and organizations. She is alsi co-author of the book "Science of happiness". In this video, she play a game with the listeners. She talked about that happiness doesn't come from wealth, fame etc. But it from the relationships. But it doesn't matter how many friends we have. It's all about quality of the relationships we have.She also said we have to send msgs to our loved ones. These small things brings happiness to us.

Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "what Nobody Tells You About Your Twenties" by Livi Redden.  How we train our minds in 20's from less stressful and more fulfilling life. Our brain ingrained behavioural habits. The decisions we make in our 20's matter. But we need emotional and mental skills important in our lives. These skills guide in our lives. In childhood we have the peak brain development. But when it comes to personality and our brain changes in our 20's. In nowadays teens and 20's adults are facing the issue is a feeling that they constantly fight/war with their minds. Hi guys, today I read a newsletter in "Visual Capitalist". In this newsletter they wrote about " Which airlines carries most passengers in 2022? ". After the pandemic passengers are increased by travelling more in airlines. The revenue increased in airlines from 30% to 50% . They listed that how many passengers travelled and how much revenue they earn from the airlines. They given top 20 airlines list in it. Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "How to get Your brain to focus by Chris Bailey. He talked about how he always watched videos on Instagram  by doing this he spent most of time on the social media. So by doing this one day he think that some changes in his behavior. He said that dastardly thing is Phone. So he decided to get rid from the mobile for one month. He only spend 30 minutes on it per day by listening music and listening podcast etc. By doing this he observed 3 things.  More attention Span time  More ideas More plans After that he research about it. Then he said that we focus one thing in 40 seconds. By doing this it was reduced to 35 seconds  time needed focus on one thing. We think that our brains are distracted. Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "Effective Communication" by Dr. Rashmi Dubey. In this video she talked about communication skills. She was born in Bahrain. She is working as coach in communication skills. She said that if we might have efficient in communicating but that was not effective communication. Communication is should be in every part of ou body like our hand gestures , how we breath , how we use our hands and we respond to others etc.  She is born in Bahrain. Her father working as a Aircraft maintenance engineer. She is a younger child in her family. She have five siblings. In her graduation days she was doing so many jobs. By all these jobs and from her life experience she learned that how to deal with people, how to deal with difficult people and to deal nasty situations. She said communication skills is very important in our lives. We must have to develop in early stages of life in the schools and colleges. She said that we must have to work on it. 

Nestle wanted to make weight-loss drugs.

Hi guys, today I read a newsletter in "The Daily Upside". In this news letter they wrote about Nestle plans to make more snacks for consumers on weight-loss drugs. Not only Willy Wonka, Nestle also created white chocolates. On this Thursday they said they would plan to release the food products like diabetes/weight loss drugs. This idea came up after Nestle investors warned the company. So it would plan itself instead of creating unhealthy items . Otherwise it would face financial problems.  So it would plan make vitamins and minerals products because it will helpful/useful for the people who have less appetite. If they use it then they will gain required amount of minerals.

She said that hopefully from now on words five generation no one will judge that career choices made by the women. She worked as a managing director in 19's. Keep your hands up.  She said that there is so much unconscious bias in our system. This world teach us that we need to work for long hours. We can also see that most successful people worked for long hours. But we know that by working long hours can cause health issues. Based on the Ancient society good life based on balancing both work and rest. If we take rest it strengthen our capacity of learning, improve our thinking capacity and it stimulates our creativity. Hi guys, today I read a newsletter in" Visual Capitalist ". In this newsletter they write about the topic " How much Do EV Batteries cost? ". In this newsletter they given one infographic. The cost of an electric vehicle (EV) battery pack can vary depending on composition and metals they are used for it. Depending on the model, brand of the vehicle and cost of the battery might be high. In this they have given vehicle, battery type, battery capacity, battery cost and total cost of EV. The specific composition is pivotal in the establishing the batteries capacity, power, safety and life span etc. In the year 2021 , battery market is dominated by NCM batteries with 58% of the market share. Then LFP and NCA have 21% of each. In the infographic they have given the different car rates and they have given battery rates of the each car.

Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "He's the biggest green flag if he has an older sister". In this video Aryan Jibran talked about how the younger sibling upbringing impacted by elder siblings.  He has two sisters. But their age gap is very high. But he is spend more time with his elder sister. They all are live in the different places. How the elder siblings shaped your identity plays a vital role. When his family going for vacation their parents refused to his sister to wear shirt because they are Muslims. Then decided to become politician.All these things or decisions taken because of siblings. That's why elder siblings play important role in the younger siblings life.

In this video Reto Odermatt talked about that Happiness has the expired as well as there is expiration date for unhappiness. He is working as a behavioural economist. He is a researcher for past 10 years. In the research they asked about  people how satisfied with their life? By asking questions they are collect the data. And he shows the data in visualization format like graphs. People satisfied with their life when the youngest. 

Where the Rich people spend their holidays?

Hi guys, today I read a newsletter in the " Visual  Capitalist ". In this newsletter they give the information in Infographic form. In this newsletter they write about where the rich people spend their holidays. In this they given the seasonal hotspots where the rich people spend their holidays. In this data excludes hotel stays. Peak holiday month vary from each location. They gathered data from Henley and partners. Mostly all the rich people spend in the  Miami in the U.S. They have given 17 destinations in it in the year 2022.They have each hotspot by the ranking. The top 3 hotspots Miami, Hamptons and Florida's West Palm Beach where ultra-rich people spend their holidays.  They are also write about the global centi million population expanded in the year 2023 by 38 %  i. e., 40,000 people. This is just their expectations. Most of growth expected   in counties like China, India and Saudi Arabia.

Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "The Formula to Happiness" by Sofia Kaledi. 72% teenagers  wanted to feel the immediate response in the social media. Based on the research 2 hours 51 minutes teenagers spend on the social media everyday. We forget to live in the present moment. It's not about how life treats you but it's about how our thoughts. Each and everyone has the good and bad feelings are there. Our thoughts determine our frequency and feelings. In our life we can't change unhappy stage but we can change and alter about what we think. Based on what we think can change the frequency and emotions accordingly.

Normally Introvert is a quiet person and don't talk very to the people. Mostly they keep their thoughts to themselves. There is nothing wrong for being an introvert person but our society thought that being introvert is a bad thing and that's why all people wanted to be a extravert person. Maersk deal with the Starlink

Hi guys, today I read a Newsletter "The Daily Upside". In this newsletter they write about Starlink . They write that Starlink  deal with Maersk. In previously Elon Musk complained about Ukraine army's access his Starlink internet services. On Thursday, Danish shipping gaint Maersk announced deal with it the Starlink for the high speed internet.  Starlink also develop the solution for the people who are living in the remote areas. The Starlink internet price is too hurdle. They  make the corporate deals, and make deals with transport and logistics companies to make more customers. Maersk tested Starlink's technology on 30 of its ships. Speedy Internet  will help in the technical workload.

Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "You Will Miss out on 99% of Life and it's alright" by Ashish Ranjan. He was very passionate to join as a scientist in the ISRO. He is prepared 3 years and then crack the ISRO exam and he was selected. After joining in the ISRO he left his job. Because he wanted to become a youtuber and he want to teach about art  of communication. He took a bold decision his life to choose this path. He said that everyone have regrets in life. In this life we have limited time but we like to do unlimited of things. He said that we have to choose the regrets that we can live a life without excuses.

Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "Six behaviours to increase your confidence" by Emily Jaenson. In this video she told six behaviors we should improve if we want to be a confident person. In her childhood days she is very shy person and she don't like the social interactions etc. When she joined in the college she realized that she has no confidence in her. So she decided that then she can be a confident person. She suggest six behaviors that we had to build ourselves to improve the confidence in ourselves. They are: Count yourself in.  Be brave just for 20 seconds.  Taking a seat at the table.  Cheer for other people's success.  Bloster your confidence for a new activity through your already greate performance in another.  Celebrate constantly.

Hi guys, today I watched a TED video.  In this video, Angela Lee Duckworth talked about the Grit and Perseverance we all need to achieve goals in our life. When she was 27 years old she left the job as "management consultant" and she joined as a teacher  for seventh-grade students in the New York City Public Schools. Like other teachers, she is also conducted exams and gave grades to the students.          She started thinking that IQ is not the only difference in the people because even the smartest kids are not doing well in the exams and studies. She believed that every student would complete the material if they worked hard.          After several years, she came to the conclusion that we have to understand the students, understand the motivational perspective and psychological perspectives. She raised question to herself "If we have great IQ then what makes us able to learn quickly and easily?"        ...

Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "How to spot a liar" by Pamela Meyer. In this video she talked about how we can recognize or spot liars by talking and by seeing their gestures.  She said that lying is a cooperative act.  Strangers lie 3 times within first 10 minutes when they meet each other. We lie more to strangers. Especially extroverts lie more than the introverts.  We are against lying but covertly for it.  Lying has evolutionary value to us as a species. Everybody lies from the childhood but based on the age and situations we may lie differently.  In this video she also played some clips and she tells how to we can find liespotting.  Body language clips.  She also tells that what body language we spot on the liers. We can find smile which is fake or not. A trained interrogator asks questions and they ask the entire story in the chronological order I  several times in different aspects. They asks persons to tell the story from backwards....

Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "Less stuff, more happiness" by Graham Hill. In this video he said that less space and less stuff are going to equal a smaller footprint. It is going to easy in life. If we choose small place then we have to edit our life according to it. We have to arrange things and customize the things  according to our home. We need to think before if we are going to buy it. By doing this we can save money and we can don't buy the things unnecessarily.

Hi guys today I read a Newsletter in " Visual Capitalist ".In this Newsletter they write about Automobile Vehicles. In the year 2022  we build 85 million motor Vehicles. By gathering this data they ranked top 10 exporters  and this list is prepared based on the data from WTO. They given one table in that table they write which countries exports most  and they also give percentage of exports and they give the  year 2000 and 2022. And also they given how much difference in growth compared to previous calculations and newly generated calculations. 

Google Forms

Hi guys, hope you are doing great. This week I learned about Google forms and something about Google sheets. By using Google forms I prepared fun quiz and trip plan. Fun quiz Trip Plan By seeing the results of the fun quiz I noticed that everyone likes it and every person scores 10/10 in it. By seeing the results of the trip plan I noticed that everyone gives different answers and everyone likes to come to the trip. Every person says that they bring something for eating but majority people brings snacks. Majority people don't have allergies only one person have so we need to take precautions regarding this issue. Regarding to the games majority vote for carrom so we must play the carroms. According to visiting places all the people select 3 places.They are: Dal lake Taj Mahal Khajjiar So from this data we need to figure out where should we need to go. Actually her family settled in Australia but they are immigrants from India. She is the Miss Universe Australia in 2020. Before she participate in the competition she was doing the job in the corporate company. She was quits that job. Then she was discussing political issues in the live video of the Instagram. All in this video, she said that moments changed her life.

Fooling Ourselves.

        Today I read a blog Seth's blog. In this blog he write about " Fooling ourselves ".we always believe that no one fools us. We always feel that no one fools us. But he said that no one fools more than us. Actually we are the ones who fools ourselves. He write that" our ability to fool ourselves become toxic". It blocks our brain to create new things, to think about new ideas, losses confidence and peace. We tend to believe that we are the intelligent people and no one fools us. Actually we the ones who fool ourselves. We always care about what other people think about us so  because of this we tend to keep focus on others but not in ourselves. This is the actual problem with us. From now on words please wake up guys. Stop feeding unwanted stuff into your brain start thinking about what makes us to feel better, feel peace and don't think that what the other people think about us.

          Hi guys, today I watched a TED video " You Don't Actually Know What Your Future Self Wants " by Shankar Vedantam. When he was in 12 years old he fractured his foot by playing soccer. At the time he didn't tell that to his parents. Because he don't want to go to the doctor. The next day his dad take him to the movie. For that movie they walked to there and watched movie. After watching the movie he said that his foot is fractured. When we look backwards how we have been then and now we can find so much difference between older self and current self. Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "Being your Own Life Coach" by John Muldoon. He was a high school principal. In his childhood days he was very angry. By then he was practice how to not getting angry and how to become cool and calm. When he was being child his dad said key of happiness is talk to yourself. By the time he feel ridiculous. When he was in school he has his favorite teacher. His teacher conducted a psychological warfare on him. By the time he was not good in studies. In the Hollywood after five months they have given information about wages hiking for the script writers. But they only take the quality writers. They only take few people. They choose the script writers based on the quality. Because all the streaming platforms have losses. They don't get much views for for the films and web series.

Hi guys, today I watched a TED Talk video "An extra Eye, An extra Ear, An extra Heart". In this video Joseph Annamkutty Jose said 3 stories. He shared 3 stories about his life.  He shared that how Masala Dosa changed his life. When he was studying MBA he failed in the Maths by 2 marks. At the time he pleased his lecturer and his principal mam. But they both denied. They said you have to write your exams in next year with your juniors. But he had no chance except that he has to write his exams in next year with his juniors. He went home and he said to his mom and dad.
