Effective communication

Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "Effective Communication" by Dr. Rashmi Dubey. In this video she talked about communication skills. She was born in Bahrain. She is working as coach in communication skills. She said that if we might have efficient in communicating but that was not effective communication. Communication is should be in every part of ou body like our hand gestures , how we breath , how we use our hands and we respond to others etc. 
She is born in Bahrain. Her father working as a Aircraft maintenance engineer. She is a younger child in her family. She have five siblings. In her graduation days she was doing so many jobs. By all these jobs and from her life experience she learned that how to deal with people, how to deal with difficult people and to deal nasty situations.
She said communication skills is very important in our lives. We must have to develop in early stages of life in the schools and colleges. She said that we must have to work on it.
