  4. Virtue-a good moral quality in a person, or the general quality of being morally good
  5. Minimalism-a lifestyle involving a reduction or simplification of one's material possessions that frees one to lead an existence that is more intentional, purposeful, spiritual, etc.
  6. Gracious-courteous, kind, and pleasant, especially towards someone of lower social status
  7. Accountable-completely responsible for what they do and must be able to give a satisfactory reason for it. 
  8. Grasping-to try to take or get (something) in an eager or desperate way. 
  9. Greedy-wanting more money, power, food, etc. than you really need.
  10. Contentious-likely to cause disagreement or argument.
