Small talk, big connections.

Hi guys, today I watched a video "Small talk, big connections" by Sam Bradford. He quit his full time job at age of 30 and he was joined in the part time job in coffee company. In there the people more focus on build connection /relationship with others. In today's world most of don't know how to talk to other people. They are struggling even to start a small talk. But this small talk can change us. We can understand others by this small talk. We can change others day by small talk with smile. So, in this video he advices all the people start conversation with others and build connections with them.
