People. Process. Technology.

Today, I want to write about PPT. Here, I am not talking about Power Point Presentation. I wanted to talk about PPT. Here, in this context PPT stands for "People Process and Technology". 
For every successful or non successful industries, schools, counties etc.  we can follow this PPT everywhere in our real life. Everything runs by using this PPT. 
For example, let me explain by using one real time example let's take Super market. 
If we keenly observe the whole thing that how super market works. 
1.People- They are so many people working in super market based on the requirements. Each one of them are working different jobs. Some of them taking items, some of them are placing the items in the shelves etc. Some of helping the customers. Some of them tracing the  how much stocks left over etc. This is people are working based on the process of the particular super market. 
2.Process- In this example, super market has followed one process. Like flowchart or hierarchy. Based on the process they can divide their work and they work effectively in their job. By everyone correctly working their allotted jobs correctly they can smoothly run the super market based on demand of products. They can earn profit and they can run the supermarket successfully. 
3.Technology- For this super market they can use technology for improving their business. Like they can collect the user data like which products are mostly on sale, which products are least purchased. They can collect and track data by using technology easily. By this data they can effectively take decisions which are useful for the super market. 
Like this , PPT we can use everywhere in real life.
