I, me, my self realization.

Today, I watched a TED video "I, me, my self realization" by Leena Kumar. She is a actor. She shared a one incident which happened her life in her childhood. When she travelled in the train someone is aked her name. Then replied my name is Leena. Then stranger again asked what is the meaning of your name?. At the moment she was anxious, confused . Even her parents are also don't know the what is the meaning of that name. When she's 25 she got gift from her aunt. The gift is a keychain. On that keychain her name and meaning of that name is writtened. Finally, after so many she knows that what is meaning of her name. Then she asked some sort of questions to audience. After that she talked about self realisation and self actualisation. 

She said that self realisation is happens in mind. Self actualisation is happened in body.
