Today, I learned 10 words. They are:

  1. Audacious-Audacious is an adjective used to describe people, or things that people make or do, that are confident and daring, or bold and surprising.
  2. Mien-Mien is a literary word that refers to a person's demeanor or appearance, especially as expressive of their attitude or personality.
  3. Cockamamie-Cockamamie is an adjective used to describe something ridiculous, silly, or incredible.
  4. Dubious-A dubious person lacks a definite opinion or is doubtful about something; this sense of the word is usually used with about.
  5. Bevy-a large group or collection. 
  6. Faze-to daunt or disconcert
  7. Daunt-to make someone feel nervous and less confident about doing something
  8. Terraform- To terraform something (such as a planet or moon) is to transform it so that it is suitable for supporting human life.
  9. Eldritch-Eldritch describes things that are strange or unnatural, especially in a way that inspires fear. 
  10. Werewolf-Werewolf refers to a person transformed into a wolf or capable of assuming a wolf's form, especially during the full moon.
