The benefits of good posture.

Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "The benefits of good posture". In this video they explained how the poor posture can effect on body, stress, gravity and many more. Poor posture can make us week. Posture can decide how much weight we can carry. If we are in poor posture we don't carry more weight. If we're in good posture then we can carry more weight. When you stand in straight you can balance  body. When you are in wrong or poor posture then you may loose balance of your body. We have to stand straight , sit straight and when we're sitting our legs make 90 degrees (right angle). Bad posture can also effects our internal body parts like lungs etc. Wrong or poor posture can caused headache and back pain. We have to move our body often when we are sitting one place for a long period of time and do exercises. In this video they are suggested in which posture you may sleep. So get rid of bad posture.
