How to fight loneliness: Everyday hacks for a connected life.

Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "How to fight loneliness: Everyday hacks for a connected life" by Juliana Schroeder. In this video she talked about how people fight with loneliness and how to get rid of loneliness and how to connect with others. In these days everyone avoid to each other because how the others think about them. She is also feels lonely when she was doing her job she tend to avoid others like strangers by using mobile or watching something on social media etc. Then she did research on people. She asked some questions to strangers. She collect the data based on what they given answer. Based on the research connecting with others give positive results. Loneliness can bad  for physical and mental health as smoking 15 cigarettes per day. We just afraid of connections. Because of this we order food online instead of going to the grocery store. We are texting with others instead if talking directly on phone.
