Education. The change it needs.

Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "Education. The change it needs." by Pragnya Suma. In this video she talked about how education system is working. She said that education system should need to be changed. In our education system we only educating people/ children but they can't put into real life what they educated from school and colleges. In reality we don't follow the process instead of this we just go with a flow. We measured success by measuring of grades. These things needs to be changed. Instead of this we start learning from home, surroundings . We should learn life skills, soft skills, independent thought, decision making, apply in real life what we learn and so on. Our education system is not teaching these skills.
