8 traits of successful people.

Hi guys, today I watched a TED video "8 traits of successful people" by Richard St.John. He shared his story to audience. He and his wife participated in 50+ marathon competitions in 7 continents and they climb few mountains in this worldOne day he went to California to attend a TED conference. In that conference a teenage girl sitting next to him. She asked some questions to him. One of those questions is What really leads to success? For this question He didn't know how to tell the answer to her. So he thinks on that over and over then he raised the same question to many successful people in different fields the he interviewed many people and gather data from them and sort that data as well as filter it and take insights from it. In this video he tell which are 8 traits are successful people have. Most of the success people have  these traits. They are:
  1. Passion
  2. Work
  3. Focus
  4. Push
  5. Ideas
  6. Improve
  7. Serve
  8. Persist
In addition to this he also tell some extra skills. They are:
  1. Creative Skills
  2. Management skills
  3. Computer skills
  4. People skills
  5. Analytical skills
  6. Technical skills
These skills varies based on different fields.
